Old Town Newhall’s incoming Italian restaurant wants its first regulars before it even opens the doors.

Spaghetti Western Restaurant & Bar, the Northern Italian spot from AJ Gilbert and Martha Madison coming to 22520 Lyons Ave. at Newhall Crossing (right next to the Laemmle), just launched its Founding 600 Club - a one-time membership capped at 600 people that turns early believers into house VIPs.

Two tiers:

Trailblazer - $200 one time: $300 in dining credit, a limited-edition Founder hat and two tickets to the red-carpet preview party.

Gold Rush - $400 one time: $600 in dining credit for up to two members, two Founder hats and four preview party tickets. Only 30 of these exist.

Both come with an online house account, preferred reservations and access to member-only dishes and cocktails. The dining credit doesn’t expire.

Gilbert and Madison moved to the SCV in 2021 after years running restaurants in LA (Luna Park Restaurant Group, Henry’s Hat in Studio City). The menu promises pizza, pasta, salads, grilled meats and weekend brunch, wrapped in a 1960s-Italian-meets-SCV-film-history design.

No opening date yet. Enrollment closes when the restaurant opens or the 600 spots sell out, whichever comes first. Details at spaghettiwesternscv.com/founding600.

Worth knowing: membership is optional, it’s not ownership, and redemption has some conditions (the terms are on their site). But if you’re the type who likes being a regular from day one, this is your shot.
