We’ve watched way too many local businesses disappear lately.

So here’s the deal.

If you know a local business in Santa Clarita that’s struggling, needs more eyes on it, or just deserves some love, send it to us.

We’ll highlight them for free.

No catch. No invoice. No “marketing package.” We just want to help good local businesses stay alive.

And we’re starting with Fishtail Grill.

I only found this place because it’s next to Chipotle. That’s literally it. I saw it, tried it, and now I’m hooked.

My go-to is the Sunrise Bowl with unagi sauce. I’m a sauce guy, and this one hits. It’s basically that spicy mayo/eel sauce combo that makes everything better.

Then my attorney, Denise Lite, heard where I was eating and said, “Yeah, but did you get the white sauce?”

White sauce?

Say less.

It’s ridiculous.

To be honest, this is probably the best poke I’ve had in Santa Clarita.

The owner, Chris, seems like a genuinely good guy, I’ve always had good service there, and recently he posted a video showing the restaurant basically empty and mentioned how they used to be packed.

That sucks to see.

Especially with how many local businesses we’ve already watched close.

So here’s our ask:

Go try Fishtail Grill.

Grab lunch. Grab dinner. Get a bowl. Get the white sauce. Trust me.

They’ve also got beer and wine, the menu is solid, and they’re typically open starting around 11 AM, although they’re closed Sundays for dine-in, but takeout is available.
